Reading Between The Lines

Disqus can become a lonely place for those on it who are unable and/or unwilling to expand their social horizons.

Leaving your home base can be scary.  I get it.  It's nice to surround yourself with people who share your in your inability to separate a disqus gimmick from real life.

When some of the people in your disqus world start to leave, you may lash out and get super angry.  Rather than join them and see what else is out there, you stay back at your home base like a weird bitch.  You probably start to make clever comments about the people who left as a way to cope with your sensitive feelings.  You convince yourself that you're roasting those who left, but in reality you're just projecting the fact that you miss them.  You probably miss them a lot.

If this applies to you, I just want to say two things.

1. Hey.  It's not your fault.

2. LOL at you actually being here and reading this.

Got 'em.
